Temporary Asylum is a collection of songs created through and from transit, between several physical locations in and around Columbia, SC; from whatever elements of the "studio" that were available, most notably the addition of an out-of-tune acoustic piano. Consisting of sound collages that defy traditional song structure and musical convention, the album blends acoustic, analog and digital instrumentation together with some sampling.
