Young kids I can't seeya cuz I can’t see clearly
and they don’t care where I’m looking
until I get caught with my glasses off
When you get what you want from me,
It won’t be from teasing
There’s plenty of freaks with everlasting pain
My hands are shaky and I’m not sated

trouncing the silver platter ring
to see what can get away

to say “this planet is young”
but not everyone has a tongue
When the world stops spinning
don’t forgive me for leaving
because one day all worlds have their last day
Feet are cold from moving
and plenty of snowflakes have faded
so I can get what I want
when all’s been said

When the world fades spinning
into folded paper shapes
I’ll go unbidden to a faraway place
The dust will sprinkle ashes
on a distant company’s vastness
because not all business is
fiddling with currency
My skeleton will have vanished
with no trace on earth
when the day comes for
the place I lay to fade
