Impromptu Improvisations by Larker

This live recording is from Larker's debut performance, at the Rose Hill in Brighton. Though some prices are based on improvisational frameworks, the music is immediate and spontaneous, if not least due to the last minute call-up for the gig!

About Larker:
Formed from a chance encounter at Brighton’s Safehouse improvised music open sessions, Matt Clark and Annie Kerr began meeting and improvising semi regularly, with the idea of gigging as a duo. Ideas for frameworks came naturally from these sessions, leading to more structured improvisations. The addition of Toma Sapir on percussion, whom Matt had played with on previous releases, completes the trio.
