When I travelled to The Philippines in July this year, I had an incredible experience including serving in a wonderful Baptist Church over there.
A few months after I returned to Australia, I was really struggling on a Spiritual level. (backslidden) I was distracted and overly caught up in the cares of this world. I really missed that Church in Basak and the people there serving God and so I wrote this song.
We can never lose our salvation once we've fully trusted on Christ, but we can lose the joy of our salvation, for the enemy comes to steal.
