Thorny Beds from Pheasant Feathers by Pheasant Feathers
Thorny Beds (2010) – Another Paper Crane song that has since become an instrumental solo composition. This song got me into the finals of the 2011 Martin Guitar Pick-Off at the 50th annual Philadelphia Folk Festival. It was originally planned to be part of a concept story album about bandits.
