Luminous ~ Glorious by Peter Johnston RVA
Luminous ~ Glorious is the companion record to the Joyful ~ Sorrowful album that was released in 2022, and the two records complete the Rosary project that was initially started in 2021. In total, the records include one song about each Mystery of the Rosary that contemplates the life of Christ and the Holy Family.
Luminous ~ Glorious does its best to express a sense of wonder and awe at these mysteries that direct humanity to look toward the heavens for God and the coming of His Kingdom.

To put it simply, Peter Johnston RVA is Catholic indie rock; you
wouldn't hear this at mass, but it does try to prove that traditional Catholic thought and indie rock are not mutually exclusive. It began easily enough as a few home recordings but has slowly turned into a full on project that explores matters of human dignity and common good in society.
