Most folks don't ever bother me.
I chose this life no company,

I got a dog,
He don't need no lead or chain.
He's runnin' loose but not in vain.
He keeps the lookers all at bay,
And will until his dyin' day,

I sing a simple song.
Well the tune,
It ain't that great.
But it keeps me in my state.

Longtime ago,
I had what you might think you need.
A city life,
Full of guilt and greed.
I traded it for a simple plan,
Turned into a simple man,

I got everything,
Lord that a body could require.
From that old life,
I did retire.
Don't need a three car family.
I brew my special recipe,
