Haunted Heartland by Ghost Light

The Cresco Theatre and Opera House is one of the most haunted theaters in all of the Midwest. Dating back to 1915, the theater has featured both live performances and modern motion pictures. It is said to be haunted by more than one ghostly specter. Witnesses have reported what appear to be ghosts of vaudeville performers on the stage, while other reports tell of a ghost that's been spotted sitting in the theater while the lights are off, disappearing when anyone tries to approach it. Other entities have been reported in the basement of the theater, where strange electrical disturbances are known to occur, along with odd sounds and voices that are heard when the place is empty.
