"Paul O'Toole comes out of Norfolk County, southern Ontario. Ironically, one of the bible belts of Ontario. He's a guitar playing ex-rockabilly icon, playing for years in bands such as "The Kil'billys", "Kingspeed" and "Dangerous Stairs". He's got a deep growly voice and the hard-assed level stare of not enough sleep and too much substance. He's better now and enjoys life and music. Take a ride.
