Christmas Time by Patrick Burke
This is a wonderful selection of carefully chosen traditional Christmas favorites. My intention in recording these pieces was to modify them slightly but remain true to their original versions.
These are tunes I grew up with. As such they are part of me, so when I decided to reinvent them I knew I would be adhering VERY closely to the feelings they so richly imparted in their earliest form. My focus was to bring freshness without sacrificing the very thing that makes them so special and emotionally rewarding.
I hope you will find the same joy in listening to them now as when you first heard them.
