Chopping Block by Panoramic View Steel Drums
A few months ago, Matt Wixson challenged me to write a piece using only woodblocks and call it "Chopping Block," so I did. Every sound, and every pitch you hear is made with wood...er... Jam Blocks. But without steel pan, it didn't really fit the Panoramic View mold, so I finally expanded the piece to include pan with some watery effects, keys, and bass, and "The Old Pan & The Sea" surfaced.
