Forgive me for my distance,
the way you're putting me at ease makes me uneasy.
And I'd just hate to be the cause of disappointment
for someone trying to please me.

it's only wise to keep me just passed arms reach.

I don't know too much about too much
but what I can say is that I just can't say,
while I can't hold you close the last thing I would wish for is for you away.
I reckon it's safe to assume
The way this sounds is about all the sense that it makes.
But such a powerful woman, I'd hate to find you one of my mistakes.

There just ain't no way to know,
but if you think the mystery is transcendable
you must be mistaking me for someone you've been lead to be leave is more sensible.
You see, I may or may not be
hung up on someone who don't give a damn about me,
for now it's just making me uneasy the way you're putting me at ease.
