"Of No Significance" was originally written and recorded for the split with Gravekeeper from this past March, but I had so much trouble mixing and mastering the audio I decided to worry about it another time. Rather than scrapping everything, I eventually ended up rerecording parts of it. There are lyrics to this song, but I don't really think that they are worth posting.

"Disorder" and "Watch Me Breathe (instrumental), "Don't Bother Calling for Help" and "Anxiety2" were written and recorded for this album.

"Another Night Spent in Fear" was recorded almost a year ago for a different musical project which I have since decided to end (for now).
