''Ouvré'' in French means handcrafted. It's a new label/imprint putting out limited edition records. All is hand assembled using real photo prints and 250g quality acid-free cardboard papers. All is hand shaped, hand colored, hand cut, hand fold. A craftmen's studio more than a factory. Somewhere inspired by Wabi-Sabi and the art of Kintsugi where taking time to (re)make an object is important. Where each object will then be inevitably slightly different.

''Edges'' was recorded on the 18.10.18 by F/LOR during a quick session. He mixed and mastered it few days later. From dark waves overlays to strange delayed coating vibes or minimal (f)airy melodies these 44.22 minutes may offer hypnotic suspended time and enigmatic energy.

Paris based artist F/LOR (Fabrice Laureau) has chosen to record this album in a full free approach during a short session using a minimal 100% analog set-up and two non-synchronized simple electronic instruments, two effects, two channels, no overdubs.

Recently, he's also been developing a work around environmental sounds and photography during a 3 months residency in the north of France for two exhibitions (at Gare Numerique, Jeumont, and at Galerie Idem+Arts, Maubeuge) presenting sound installations and photo work. "Edges" refers to the action of time and natural processes but also to all the points where switches can happen.
