Fountain by Cvalda

In 2024, Cvalda collaborated with Oriental Order label to encapsulate her latest works into her debut album: "Fountain". This is a record of her journey in 2022, as well as a reckless adventure into self-enlightenment — a profound embrace dedicated to herself.

The concept of the album is deeply inspired by Duchamp’s “Fountain,” symbolizing Cvalda’s spirit of breaking norms and unconventional creativity. In this album, she aims to play freely, experience, and create. Just as Duchamp’s “Fountain” redefined traditional art, she hopes to break boundaries through music and express her unique insights into life and art. Particularly when facing the impermanence of life, such as environmental and emotional constraints, she delves into nature, psychology, society, philosophy, and even religion, showcasing her profound thoughts and responses to existence.
