the tracks depicts scenery, atmosphere and changing seasons in Japan honouring the spirit of Zen(禅). one component of the avid interest in Japanese forms may be a tacit sense of visual comfort. Japanese (and Asian) ways of seeing, or representing what one sees as a matter of how one feels about things, are very different from those of the West.
