In May 2018, Dieter Mauson, aka Occupied Head, travelled to Peru to meet his Chilean friend Cristóbal Rawlins, who is a partner in the project 7697 Miles, to record a new album and to play some concerts. Before they went to the Sacred Valley of the Inca, they stayed a few days in Lima. First in the district of Miraflores and then in the amazing district of Barranco, where they played a concert at Fuga Club as 7697 Miles, and then both solo shows. Inspired by the surroundings and the local club scene, Dieter recorded these two tracks in Barranco in a late-night session in one take, without noticing the overdrive. Checking his archive material, Dieter now decided to bring these two tracks to light as a pure expression of the energy of the city of Lima. The photo used for the cover was taken from the apartment where Dieter and Cristóbal stayed in Barranco. It shows the roof top of the house on the opposite side of the road.
