Chef Solo by Mike Holmes

Back in 2019 into early 2020 Landon George, Colin Barrett and I were performing live as a group named Top Chef. This project is truly some of my favorite stuff I've been a part of. This track itself is my contribution to a live set we played around this time, probably February 2020. It's an amalgamation of found sound, social media posts, and music composed on Fruity Loops, and recorded in one take. You can actually hear the beginning of this piece on the inaugural Top Chef release Who's Cooking? on sorse1.bandcamp.com. I just happened to find it again and figured, hell, lets put this up into the void. As always, fuck fascism here and everywhere.
