Voyager by Atmosphreq
Atmosphreq returns to NOREMIXES with "Voyager", pushing composer James Falconi’s sound into uncharted territories. Gone are the guitar drones and wall of noise distortion of Transient Forms , and in are washy synths and electronic percussion.
Falconi’s gift of arching and building, ...molding a production is still in tact with Voyager . The track builds naturally as snares and hats ping pong. Strobing synths intertwine and appear alongside sharp arpeggios. Headphones recommended.
Is "Voyager" a glimpse into the future, or a one-off excursion for the composer... regardless, we are enjoying the journey.
