In September 1997 Noise Pollution arranged for OUT. to enter Mom's recording studio to lay down a track for the In Native Soil compilation. Howie Gano (who had helmed many, many classic Self Destruct records) engineered and mixed the track Nowhere Baby in just under 4 hours. After many unexpected delays the comp didn't see the light of day until nearly two years later. During this time OUT. had re-recorded an extended version of the song featuring dueling guitar solos that ended up on the compilation instead. Presented here, and mastered for the first time, is the original recording of Nowhere Baby. Cover art was taken from the original studio production notes and a candid photo of the lineup playing the infamous 1997 Guilt/Ink & Dagger/Out. Halloween show.
