Misty Echoes by Nobuto Suda
Introduction
This ambient music album was created between March and July 2024. Moving to Yamaguchi gave me a new environment that refreshed my creativity and helped me feel more balanced.
The album starts with "Misty Echoes" and "Along with Your Breath." Both tracks use the Burny sustain guitar and the amazing reverb from Eventide's Blackhole, which is essential for creating the dreamy sound.
Tracks three, four, and five mainly use zynaptiq's ADAPTIVERB as the main reverb, building on loops made with guitar and piano. The third track, "Melt Away in the Soft Spring Light," uses Ableton Live's random MIDI output feature across multiple tracks, making the loops change and evolve continuously.
Equipment used: Guitar, electronic piano, Ableton Live, Studio One 6, Eventide Blackhole, zynaptiq ADAPTIVERB.
