every morning if i can do it right
i get out of bed. meditate for about 15 minutes and dance for 5-10 before i turn my phone on.
sometimes to silence. sometimes to other ambeint mantra type things.
i wanted to try to create my own soundtrack . so i wouldnt have to set a timer.

lay on back in shivasana.
close eyes and focus to 3rd eye point.
relax.feet. legs. thighs, mid section. and on up.
let everything relax.
breathe from root to crown. let the energy flow.
if you feel discomfort anywhere or tensions. send 100$ of your breath to that place.
slow. long and deep. as slow as you can. as long as you can. as deep as you can.
let those places open.
when its time to dance. dance.
anyway you want. close your eyes.
open your body.
