Illuvium by Nate Sheppard

In the summer of 2009, upon the request of his mother, Nate and his younger brother Michael snuck away to a nearby church that happened to be in possession of a rather well-tuned baby grand piano. Consequently, Michael also happened to be in possession of rather extravagant recording equipment for another project. Combine all of these things with Nate's love for creating improvised melodies on the piano and you have Illuvium.

Illuvium, according to wikipedia, is material displaced across a soil profile, from one layer to another one, by the action of rainwater. Soil, rainwater, layers. These are all things that are good words to describe this organic album.
