Born in Berkeley, California and grown up in Sacramento, California, Naps Tho was used to moving around constantly. He has grown up with many people from different cities and backgrounds that it inspired his laid-back and welcoming sound. He is one of the founders of a new collective of musicians and creatives named Persona.
