Overflow by Namaka
Namaka’s new single Overflow reflects on the relentless flood of daily life and the constant noise of society. Always in motion, we rarely take the time to turn inward - to pause, reflect, and truly understand who we are and what we want. Instead, we often get lost in external expectations, pressures, and distractions, drowning out the voice within.
Yet we keep pushing forward because it’s easier to be swept away by the current than to stop, breathe, and confront our own needs and dreams. Overflow is a reminder that slowing down isn’t a weakness - it’s a radical act of self-care.
A washy synth loop is accompanied by a driving drum beat. Electric bass and synth bass take turns while the vocals flow over this vivid, sun-drunk foundation. Overflow makes you stop worrying and start dreaming for a short moment.
It is the third single from Namaka’s upcoming album Cloudspotting, set for release on September 5, 2025.
