Chicago-based ATFR (Alone For The Ride), has established a reputation for tenacity over flash. From do-it-yourself basements to larger rave sets, AFTR has chosen the long road, emphasising restraint and pure emotion over spectacle.

His sound blends stripped-down hard techno, acid textures, and the ghost of Chicago house. Underground tastemakers throughout Europe began to take notice of early Bandcamp uploads and subtle compilation features. His intricate productions however, have had the biggest influence; they are tracks that communicate more through space than volume.

ATFR continues to grind, quietly blazing his own trail while remaining firmly entrenched in the underground. Just the ride, no tricks or short cuts.
