My Favourite Band were an enigmatic alt-synth-pop duo from Penarth, Wales.
They spanned numerous strands of alternative music.
Their musical influences included Stereolab, XTC, High Llamas, Orbital, Air, Pixies, Deer Hunter, STRFKR and Solar Bears to name but a few.
They had a penchant for interesting chord progressions, plaintive melodies, luscious arrangements and grooving bass lines.
