My album Equanimity was released November 8th 2019. Continuing where the 2018 album ‘Finding Stillness’ left off, my new music again invites you to slow down from the relentless pace of modern life; to pause, reflect, ponder, and feel deep emotions.

Equanimity means "mental calmness, composure, evenness of temper, especially in a difficult situation." While it is a great goal, at the end of the day we’re all human and we react to situations with a range of emotions. The 12 tracks on this album reflect those human emotions, ranging from moods of melancholy, sadness, and pain to love, awe and inspiration.
