in the morning when i open my eyes

and in the evening before i close my eyes

and when i'm shopping down at Aldi
i feel so free.. because i'm wearing your purple pants baby

like the thundercloud embraces the tree
you embrace me.. like ghostly hands on ancient bark

and as the thundercloud discharges ..electrically
you discharge too.. right into the soul of me

and when your naked body hangs over so pendulously
raining kisses down.. i explode into flame and burn to death

i carry my house on my back and move so slowly towards you
on a trail of slime ... just like the snail does baby

and when i ready my little love dart to fire into your side
i find i am unprepared.. for you fire your love dart right into me ('cause snails are hermaphrodite)

and when our jousting is over we move our bodies slowly apart
and that's when our love truly starts
