Butterflies by MUFASSA

Butterflies is the 3rd single from MUFASSA’s ‘Life in the Left Hand Lane’ Acoustic Solo EP, a compilation of songs inspired by life on the road, touring Australia in a 2005 Roadstar caravan. This track has a unique honesty in its lyrics, beautifully complimented by a raw acoustic guitar and subtle banjo.

I wrote Butterflies in 2018 when my life was in a period of massive change. I was nervous about making decisions and spent loads of time worrying about the potential consequences. In the end, I couldn’t sit around and wait any longer for change to happen to me, I had to take charge and stop being a passenger in my own life!
