Hazel by Muddy allein zuhaus

A collection of songs I wrote and recorded from 2020 to 2024 without ever thinking of them as an album. I looked up, and all of a sudden it seemed time for some of those to finally see the light of day. I finished mixing in early April of 2024, but the last recordings were done in February, when the hazel was in bloom and my allergy to it was acting up. Hence the title... it reflects that time. But "Hazel" also stands for the coming of spring (and everything after). Which is always a good thing.

I'd also like to note that I feel genuinely flattered and honored by the wonderful drawing Christina Mühlhöfer (dotsandpolka.de) did for the cover.
