M Shays is an indie pop-rock project led by singer/songwriter Megan Shays Gilfillan.
Known for its cinematic soundscapes and confessional lyricism, M Shays merges textured guitars, haunting vocals, and honest storytelling into songs that feel both intimate and expansive. The debut self-titled album was recorded with friends and collaborators across Madison’s indie scene.
