Greenhouse from Pictures EP by VNVND

At one of many house parties in an old flat in Antwerp a plan was hatched in all secrecy. The concept was to establish an audio-visual collective dedicated to Neo Classical Electronica, seamlessly blending captivating visuals with the electronic symphony. They crafted a whole library of songs, cementing a defining sound for the collective and resulting in a journey of 5 tracks that would make up their debut on Moodfamily. With compelling chords, robust sound design, intricate grooves and a deep understanding of their surroundings, they played their cards just right.
A watery stream of pixels flows through lush forests, a vague appearance of glitched out landscapes somehow sound comforting. All the while, their subs scrape the paint from the ceiling.
The journey is the destination. And VNVD (Dutch acronym for evening), understands.

Finding ground in Ghent, a small yet creative and lively town in Belgium, Moodfamily runs a record label and booking agency.

Having emerged in 2014, it has sprouted from existing friendships and a mutual understanding and appreciation of electronic music. We represent artists pursuing their own unique sound, be it within their own tracks, visual productions or DJ-sets.
