A mirroring tape, the alpha and the omega of freak psychedelia on two sides of the same pond: an Italian noisy free-voodoo-jazz duo pursuing smoked exotica and stoned droning, and a China-based dreamy freak-folk collective relocating improvisation to a whole new level of hazy tonality. Murky dissonances, fuzzy saturation, New Weird Orientalism, underwater spirituality.

We were a label. We published experimental and underground music between 2007 and 2017.

We did believe that the foremost feature of experimentation is excess, and hence our name: surplus, garbage, noise that generates unnecessary but productive forms.

We inhabited the underground with small-scale, limited editions, and we strove to channel all profit into our next batch of high-quality releases.
