This is a song from our new album, coming out Fall 2025.
I wrote this in 2020 during the first Trump administration as a protest against the US government’s inhumane policy of separating migrant families at the border. I set it aside after Biden won in 2020, but since the start of the second Trump administration it has become, unfortunately, topical again.
