Formed in late 2017 in Lyon, France, Modesto is tense indie rock music, with heavy, sharp and melodious guitars (alternative tunings), banging drums and fuzzy bass; hence, full of melodies, choirs and efficient rhythmic foolproofs.
A first album recorded "live" in two days brings back a not so distant musical universe using the good old formula of the power rock trio.
