LT10 / Intune by Justice/Metro/Momentum
The first in a series of digital 12 inches on MJAZZ, keeps to the long tradition of what a proper extended 12 inch should be. This maxi-single draws on jazz funk vibes, tinged with hints of electro and delivers 2 slices of fusion.
LT10 finds a stiff funk break, trumpets, slap bass and pads blend into a mid-tempo opus. Intune evokes the spirit of mid 90's atmospheric drum and bass, think Creative Wax but slowed down, loose drums, fender Rhodes, crackles and a killer funk bass line all combine with strings and a horn section to take you on a proper musical journey.
Once again MJAZZ strive to deliver something different and challenging within the broader spectrum of drum and bass/ music.
