Model 16 started as Katelyn Mundal’s fantasy of pop superstardom while living at home in Stavanger, Norway, seeking solitude and ocean air, ca 2019. At once epic and intimate, Model 16's music has a timeless feel. It's goth pop built on ambient loops that hover above soft, sexy beats. These songs tell a story of loneliness and day dreaming at a time when the world still feels like its ending.
