Ikigai by Mobius
We would like to introduce: "Ikigai".
Heli's decision to leave the band had rippling effects in thing already in motion. As such, we had to take some time and reassess our future.
Stopping was never an option, we are Mobius because we love music and need an outlet to express it. Besides the band itself, we are also good friends and this is a great way for us to blend what we love together. Friendship, music and food. What's not to love?
After careful thinking (and much eating/drinking), we established a plan for our future. Until we are complete again, with a singer, we decided we would write instrumental music for a little bit.
Mobius' new chapter is in the writing. We have plans, new material we are working on, and a lot of ideas. But before we can say more about it, we'll keep on publishing new instrumental music.
Ikigai is a Japanese concept referring to something that gives a person a sense of purpose, a reason for living.
