Planet Nufaya is a world with a history of conflicts. Motivated by hate, the prior residents drained the planetβs natural resources to produce weapons of war. They fought amongst themselves until the cities were leveled, dust filled the air, and radioactivity and chemical pollutants destroyed any remaining life.
Neighboring planets sought solutions for their growing waste problem. Planet Nufaya was transformed into a cosmic dumping ground. Over time, the landscapes were filled with the careless disposal of waste and refuse from nearby planets, turning Nufaya into a desolate and polluted realm. Rusting machinery, broken technology, and piles of non-biodegradable waste stretch as far as the eye can see, creating an eerie and desolate landscape blanketing the wars of the past.
After thousands of years, an intelligence crawls out from the deep. A new life formed from interplanetary waste and technology, appearing mutated, disfigured, and grotesque.
Recorded in 2023 by Joel Hinkle in Springfield IL.
Thank you Donna for understanding my obsession with making noise.
