Crooked paths by Mirrormelt

This music was never supposed to be released and see the light of day. During the making of my last album Dissected Maps and my upcoming album The New Bible, I created over a hundred beat sketches. So, this project was meant to be a compilation of those tracks that weren’t chosen for either album, throwaway beats that didn’t make the cut, but when I began to revisit, spend time and tend to these songs, add/subtract elements, beef up, re-arrange, create a flow, etc…it started to develop and slowly become it’s own entity. So I don’t consider this a B-sides album anymore, but the second part of my “Zarathustra” trilogy, that began with Dissected Maps, continues with Crooked Paths, and ends with the New Bible, out on Good Friday.
