Requiem is the second single to be released from Milk Bar Gang's 2023 'Shudder' EP recording sessions. The song has an indie pop feel with stabbing guitars and interwoven space synths. The chorus has a cathedral mass vibe with thundering piano and choral vocals evoking a religious soundscape. Requiem is a question posed about the significance of life in an infinite indifferent Universe.
