AVA by Michael Genato
AVA is a 6-track journey inspired by the eerie corridors and broken code of System Shock—a personal favorite that shaped my love for sci-fi and sound design. After revisiting the remastered version with a full hour of gameplay, I created this score in real-time response to what I saw and felt. Fusing trip hop, dark electronics, deep bass, and cinematic synths, this is my own immersive take on a dystopian classic—rewired through the Michael Genato sound.
