Solipsism from Emeline by Mightey
I feel like being experimental and doing your own thing is great and interesting but trying to stick to certain “rules” can be more challenging when producing. When making an experimental track you set your own rules and are free to do what you want, but more importantly, NOT do what’s expected in music. Making a professional sounding track that applies to an acclaimed genre means to learn all the rules to make such a track. Learning all that and achieving that sound can be difficult but it’s been a dream of mine ever since I started making music! I always envied musicians who really know their work and can do whatever they feel like with their skills! I listen to a lot of alternative music, but I always also loved Pop and dance music, and especially that, that still has their own identity and something that makes it stand out! To make a song that can be enjoyed outside of “niche” genres, while also keeping my own style feels really rewarding. I hope you enjoy “Solipsism” just as much!
