Silent Light by Michael Neil

Michael recently moved to Berlin and is finding the "cradle of EM" a very stimulating environment for music, the first fruits of which can be heard on his latest album 'Silent Light'. The lush symphonic resonance of earlier works such as 'Cornubia' and 'Trust' can be heard but this album, as with many of his more recent offerings, focuses on a more minimalistic exploration of electronic textures where often less is more. Presented here in sonorous sound quality, sourced via the actual WAV master files produced by the artist himself, this is a deep sonic journey which few artists can pull off so successfully.
