Breaking Through by Michael Barnes

This is the debut album for my self-titled solo project, released in 2005. It was completely different from my previous work in Systematic Shut Down (my last solo project), and I learned many things during the recording of these 10 songs. Breaking Through was also the first album I'd ever sung melodically on, or screamed, so it was a very challenging and important record for me. The album was also very well-received on Mp3Unsigned.com, often earning spots in the site's official Top 10 list.
