Vaganza by Michael Azzopardi
This 13-track album invites listeners on an entertaining and often bittersweet journey of Maltese-language songs. An album of love songs, Vaganza is Michael Azzopardi’s take on the soundtrack to the Maltese date-night. With a light touch and an authentic nature, the album features several Maltese musicians and pulls from Azzopardi's wellspring of inspiration that spans across decades of music, but lingers mostly in the sounds of the 70s.
