WORRIED SICK is the long-overdue debut album from Meres — a loud, anxious, genre-dodging love letter to trying. Written from the edge of burnout and held together with fuzzed-out guitars, sharp-witted lyrics, and a sincere amount of spiralling, it traverses grief, climate dread, professional small talk, identity crises, and the absurdity of functioning under capitalism.
Ten tracks. No clean resolutions. Just emotional clatter, quiet rage, and a refusal to shut up about it.
Self-aware enough to laugh. Earnest enough to cry.
