At the end of it all, there will be nothing.
No time, no space, no memories good or bad,
All we have is now, and now is all we have.

But we have each other,
we have our home,
we have art,
we have science,
we have history,
we have conservation, we have legacy,
and we have change.

We could choose to focus on the bad and the negative,
the sad and how our society is still segregative,
but where will that get us?
Choose instead;
choose instead to focus on what we do have.

What makes you feel joy and love in your heart?
For me, that is art.
And I will hold onto it and never let go.
