Beaming out his lysergic compost to a crowd mainly composed of ducks, swamp folk and innocent bystanders, junior antipodean on tour Material Object has conjured up yet another shimmering hologram of dimethyltryptamine diesel to fuel your minds and narrowboat outboard motors.

Anchored throughout by his trademark, michelin star basslines, ramping in and out of the subsonic like some deranged reincarnation of early-era Vangelis, an ever shifting mirage of pure analogue acid weaves itself in and out of existence across several planes.

Unexpected hieroglyphs materialize, bounce around and depart. Acid melds the percussive. Waterfowl flee the scene. The stereo field stretches itself out to infinity before collapsing into fractal starbursts of glittering digitial artefacts. A cosmic rift that relentlessly drags you in, somehow both upsetting and ecstatic all at once. A bit like your consciousness after you recklessly downed all those pints of local cider from the Pewsey Vale and chiselled just a touch too much from the magic sack.

Complete with psychedelic hooligan heckling this recording, captured at the singular, cutting edge yet also ramshackle UK festival favourite for 'Those Who Know' - Acid Horse - will spirit you all the way back to the Neolithic and evoke undeniable karmic memories of raising great Sarsen stones in the West, opening up wormholes to commune with the Alien Druids of Vega and following the major leylines to meet your death and destiny, surrounded by fire and antlers, with a rush of something like terrified joy, until finally dumping you back, with a splash and apparently fully intact, into the Wiltshire canal system, which, no matter what heinous sins you might have committed or witnessed in your past, is where you truly belong.
